How long does it take for an order to process?
All phone cases are made-to-order. Once production is complete, your item is handed over to our shipping partner for dispatch. The entire process takes up to 5 business days.

We ship globally to all countries listed in our Country Selector.

Customs, Import, and Duties
All international orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This ensures that all customs, duties, and taxes are handled in advance, so you won't face any unexpected fees upon delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes 3–15 business days depending on the country. See your specific estimated delivery time at checkout.
What if I want to cancel my order?
We understand that hearts can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers' needs. Please note that we begin preparing for production 1 business day after we receive an order. If you need to cancel an order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I return an item?
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please contact us. The following conditions must be met:
- The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise.
