Porsche 911 GT2RS 991.2 Samsung Case
The Porsche 911 GT2 RS (991.2 generation)—affectionately dubbed "The Widowmaker" by enthusiasts—arrived in 2018 as a terrifyingly fast, street-legal track weapon that completely shattered the rear-engine performance paradigm by blitzing the Nürburgring Nordschleife in a then-record-breaking 6 minutes and 47.3 seconds. At its core sits a savage, motorsport-derived 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six engine, unleashing a monumental 700 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque strictly to the rear wheels via a lightning-fast, titanium-exhaust-accented seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. To keep this lightweight, 3,241-pound ballistic missile glued to the tarmac, Porsche outfitted it with a massive, adjustable carbon-fiber rear wing, aggressive front fender louvers, a water-spray intercooler cooling system, and a rear-wheel steering system. For ultimate weight reduction, the optional Weissach Package swapped in carbon-fiber anti-roll bars, magnesium wheels, and an exposed carbon roof, shedding an additional 66 pounds. Standing as the most powerful and extreme factory 911 ever built up to its time, the 991.2 GT2 RS is a legendary, high-downforce masterpiece that demanded total respect, pairing visceral, race-car dynamics with face-melting straight-line speed.
